Run your partner business
on HubSpot.
You can manage partner records in HubSpot. What's hard is everything that comes next: deal registration, approvals, coordinating with direct sales, tracking activity, and renewals, run continuously.
PartnerLens is a tool for running your work with resellers, distributors, and sales partners as one flow, centered on HubSpot. Your operational data stays in your HubSpot. We never copy it to our servers.
We are accepting sign-ups for the beta waitlist. Onboarding starts in September 2026.
- Built for HubSpot
- No data duplication
- Free during the beta
You can manage partner records.
But is your partner business stuck at operations?
Registering companies and deals in HubSpot doesn't finish the job. Sharing deals with outside companies, approving them, resolving conflict with direct sales, tracking activity, and managing renewals all need something different from ordinary sales management.
After management comes operations.
PartnerLens connects deal registration, approvals, information sharing, and activity tracking with your partners into a single operating flow, built on the company and deal data already in your HubSpot. It does not replace HubSpot. It makes HubSpot work for your partner business too.
Build the front doors for
partner operations, around HubSpot.
How PartnerLens is built — the lens and the checkpoint
The three-layer architecture — your HubSpot at the center, with the lens and the checkpoint layered around it
Your operational data stays in your HubSpot. PartnerLens adds two front doors for running your partner business.
On the vendor side, a lens for reviewing partners, deals, activity, and contract status in one place. On the partner side, a checkpoint where partners register and check only what they need to, safely.
PartnerLens does not replace HubSpot. It keeps HubSpot as your single source of truth while making the partner work that happens between two companies something you can actually run. Partners are never shown information they don't need.
Run your partner business
in four phases.
A partner business doesn't grow just because you have a list of signed companies. Recruiting, onboarding, growing, and renewing all have to be run continuously.
Recruit, Onboard, Grow, Renew — and the KPI behind each phase
Partner-sourced revenue comes down to four phases, multiplied together.
Recruit → Onboard → Grow → Renew.
Break it down and revenue equals: number of active partners × activation rate × revenue per partner × retention. Every screen in PartnerLens is designed around these four phases.
A data model
that stays clean
Deal's primary company = end client / assigned partner = a label on the deal
A deal's primary company is always the end client — never the partner. The partner is attached to that deal as a label.
Keep that shape, and your reports don't break when a partner changes, and handoffs don't require rebuilding the data.
What accumulates in HubSpot stays a clean, normalized asset — independent of which partner is involved today.
Day-to-day operations,
inside the HubSpot you already use.
Approve or reject, apply protection windows automatically, check reference commission, chat with the partner, and distribute leads, all inside the deal record your sales team already works in.
There is no separate admin console to switch to every time. Reps can approve, reject, chat, and distribute leads straight from the HubSpot deal record they already use.
Screens are illustrative mockups.
Product Tour
Screens are from the beta version under development and may differ from the final product.
Start running partner operations without changing HubSpot.
PartnerLens is currently in beta. We are looking for companies that will use it in a real partner business and share weekly feedback with us.
Deal registration as
formalized agreement
Partner registers a deal → conflict check (result only) → approval → protection window applied automatically
Partners register only the deals they've sourced themselves.
PartnerLens returns only the result of the conflict check — registered, or needs review — never the name of the competing party.
Once approved, a protection window is applied automatically, on a first-to-register basis. Named accounts already handled by direct sales are blocked in advance, so partners can't register them.
