My career has consistently sat between small-business commerce and technology.

At Rakuten, I worked on the ground with small and mid-sized businesses across the Kansai region, building sales through e-commerce. At HubSpot, I joined from the launch of the Japan office and helped bring CRM — a 'system' — to the market.

What I saw again and again was this: a wonderful tool was adopted, yet it didn't lead to results. Tools alone don't generate revenue.

So we chose not to be a company that sells tools. We master HubSpot and AI and stay with you until a system that drives revenue takes root in your business. That's Respectify.
